By visiting pryde.ai and using its features, such as browsing content or submitting a contact form, you accept the current version of these Terms.

If you use the website on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to enter into an agreement on its behalf.

The website is operated by the brand PRYDE (pryde.ai).

PRYDE provides agency services in the following areas:

The website pryde.ai is informational and marketing-oriented. We do not sell online or accept payments directly through the website. Every engagement is preceded by an individual conversation and a separate client agreement.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available 24/7, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. For planned maintenance, we try to provide advance notice.

When using the website, you agree to:

• Use the website in accordance with the law and these Terms
• Not provide false information in the form
• Not impersonate other people or organizations

In particular, you may not:

The contact form is used to book free audit calls and make initial contact with our sales team.

By submitting the form:

• You confirm that the data provided is true and belongs to you or to the entity on whose behalf you are contacting us
• You consent to email and phone contact, if you provide a phone number, regarding your request
• You accept the data processing rules described in the privacy policy

We usually respond within 24 business hours. Submitting the form does not oblige you to enter into an agreement.

All elements of the pryde.ai website, including code, layout, design, illustrations, copy, logos, trademarks and photographs, are protected by copyright and remain the property of PRYDE or its licensors.

You may:

The pryde.ai website is provided "as is" ("as is") and "as available" ("as available"), without warranties to the extent permitted by law.

PRYDE is not liable for:

• Business decisions made solely on the basis of website content without individual consultation
• Indirect or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data or reputation
• Website interruptions caused by force majeure
• The operation of links to external websites

PRYDE's total liability to the user arising from use of the website is limited to EUR 100 or the equivalent in PLN, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws. This limitation does not apply in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Force majeure: we are not responsible for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government decisions and internet infrastructure failures.

You agree to indemnify and hold PRYDE harmless, and to cover reasonable legal defense costs, for third-party claims arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your infringement of third-party rights
• Misleading or false information submitted through the form

We reserve the right to conduct our own defense in such matters, with your cooperation.

You may stop using the website at any time, simply stop visiting it. To delete your data from our database, if you previously submitted a form, email hello@pryde.ai.

PRYDE may block access to the website or refuse to respond to a request if the Terms are breached, security is compromised or the user acts in bad faith.

Step 1: Amicable Resolution

Before taking legal action, please email us at hello@pryde.ai with a description of the matter. We respond within 30 days and try to find a solution that is satisfactory to both sides.

Step 2: Court Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the competent court is the court with jurisdiction over the registered office of the PRYDE brand operator, subject to consumer rights under local law, for example a consumer in Poland may sue before a Polish court.

The governing law is the law applicable at the registered office of the PRYDE brand operator, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in the user's country of residence.

PRYDE reserves the right to update these Terms, for example due to changes in services, changes in law or new website functionality.

We will notify you of material changes:

• By email, for people who previously contacted us through the form
• Through a prominent notice on the homepage
• By updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page

Material changes take effect after 30 days from publication. Continued use of the website after the changes take effect means you accept them.

• Entire agreement: these Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and PRYDE regarding use of the website.
• Severability: if any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.
• No waiver: our failure to exercise any right does not waive that right in the future.
• Assignment: we may transfer rights and obligations under these Terms to another entity, for example if the brand operator changes. You may not transfer your rights without our written consent.
• No formal relationship: use of the website does not create a partnership, company relationship or employment relationship between you and PRYDE.
• Electronic communications: you accept electronic communications from PRYDE, including email and website notices.
