Privacy Policy

The controller of your personal data is GlobalLCB Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong as a Limited company and the operator of the PRYDE brand (https://pryde.ai).

Registered address: Hong Kong (full registered address to be added once company registration is finalized).

From the contact form (book an audit or a call):

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Company name / industry (optional)
• Message content / description of needs

Automatically, when you visit the website:

• IP address (anonymized in server logs)
• Browser type and version, operating system and language
• Visit date and time, referring page address (referrer)
• Basic traffic statistics, if we have enabled Vercel Analytics or a similar aggregation tool, without personal identifiers

We do not collect special category data under Article 9 GDPR, such as health data, political opinions, religion and similar information.

• Responding to your inquiry: follow-up after a submitted form, including an invitation to a free call or audit.
• Lead generation: scheduling a call or audit and preparing a proposal, only if you requested that contact yourself.
• Traffic statistics: aggregated, anonymized website traffic data, such as how many people visit particular sections and where they come from.
• Website security: protection against abuse, including rate limiting, fraud prevention and bot detection.

Legal basis (GDPR): Article 6(1)(b), contact on request or contract, Article 6(1)(f), legitimate interest, statistics and security, and Article 6(1)(a), consent where required.

We do not sell anything to you directly through the website. PRYDE is an AI agency. The website is used only for lead generation, meaning booking conversations.

• Contact-form lead: 2 years from the last contact, then permanently deleted. You may request deletion earlier at any time.
• Server logs: 90 days for security and diagnostics.
• Analytics cookies: up to 26 months, in line with GDPR recommendations for analytics.
• Contract documentation if we become your partner: 5 years from the end of cooperation, as required by tax regulations.

At any time, you have the right to:

• Access to your data, including asking what we know about you.
• Rectification: correction of inaccurate or outdated data.
• Erasure (the right to be forgotten).
• Restriction of processing.
• Objection to processing, including objection to marketing.
• Data portability: receiving a copy in a machine-readable format.
• Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Complaint to a supervisory authority: in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO, www.uodo.gov.pl; in Hong Kong: PCPD, Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, www.pcpd.org.hk.

Access to your data is limited to the PRYDE team only (10 experts), to the extent necessary to handle your request.

We entrust data to the following processors:

• Vercel Inc. (website hosting, U.S.): processes server logs and any analytics data under the Standard Contractual Clauses
• Google Workspace (hello@pryde.ai mailbox, U.S./EU): receiving and archiving messages
• CRM (HubSpot or another CRM, if and when we launch one, with this policy updated accordingly): lead contact management

We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be disclosed only to public authorities where required by binding law.

• Essential (technical): required for the website to work, for example remembering whether you closed the banner or your session preferences. Without them, the website will not function properly. They do not require consent.
• Analytics: Vercel Analytics or Google Analytics, if and when we enable them. They collect aggregated traffic statistics. You can disable them in your browser settings or through blocking extensions.

We do not use marketing or advertising cookies. We do not use Facebook pixels, Google Ads tracking or retargeting.

We may update this policy, for example if our data processors change or if we launch new functionality. Each update will be marked with a new date at the top of the page.

For material changes, such as a new data recipient or a new processing purpose, we will notify people with active leads by email.

By continuing to use the website after an update, you accept the new terms.
